The rest of this notice gives the detail.

1. Who we are

Accelyte AI Ltd ("Accelyte", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16811198). We are a data and AI engineering consultancy. We help businesses map their processes, connect their systems and build AI agents that work.

This notice explains how we handle personal information in the course of that work: when you visit our website, contact us, respond to our advertising, use our tools, work with us as a client or partner, or supply services to us.

For any question about this notice, or to use your rights, contact us through our contact form and choose "Privacy request".

2. Two roles: controller and processor

When we are the controller. For the information described in this notice, such as website enquiries, marketing, our business relationships and our own accounts, we decide why and how the information is used. We are the "controller".

When we are a processor. When we work inside a client's systems and data, for example while mapping processes, building integrations, deploying AI agents or migrating data, the client decides why and how personal information in those systems is used. We act as a "processor" on the client's documented instructions and under a data processing agreement. This notice does not cover that processing. If your information is held in a client's systems and you want to exercise your rights, please contact that client directly. We will help them respond.

3. Whose information we handle and what we collect

Website visitors. Technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site (see section 9).

People who contact us or request a demo, audit or discovery call. The details you submit, usually your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. We also keep records of our correspondence with you.

People who respond to our advertising. If you complete a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form or a similar form linked from an advert, we receive the details you chose to submit, such as your name, email address, company and job title. The advertising platform handles your information under its own privacy policy for its own purposes.

Users of our tools, agents and solutions. If you use a free tool or a paid solution that we provide, we collect your contact details, details of your account and use of the service, and the content you submit so that we can provide it, for example requirements, questions or documents. Where our tools use AI, the content you submit is used to provide the service to you. We do not use the contact details you give us in our forms to produce AI outputs.

Clients and their staff. Business contact details of people at client organisations, contract and billing details, and records of our communications and project work.

Partners and suppliers. Business contact details of people at partner and supplier organisations, and information needed to manage our relationship, such as partner programme registrations, contracts and invoices.

We do not ask for special category data (such as health or biometric data) and ask that you do not send it to us.
